Tonight our family enjoyed our traditional New Year's Eve fondue dinner and we are going to settle in to watch some Star Trek DS9. We have fireworks left over from Independence Day (it rained), so the guys will probably go outside later and set some of those off. It's quiet & simple, just the way we like it!
I hope that 2012 is a good year - the past few have been a bit rough, having had several family deaths. In 2009 we said goodbye to one of my husband's brothers; in 2010 to my oldest brother; and in 2011 to my husband's oldest brother.
Grace gets us through.
