Using the term Stupid Girls to describe the phenomena (and she's not talking about intelligence), Ms. Christy writes:

This book is enough to make any mother, human resources manager and many a man sing! I highly recommend How to Be a Hepburn in a Hilton World to any woman interested in establishing a good reputation amongst their friends and co-workers. This book is appropriate for ladies age 12 and up.
